How do we do it?

We will create for you a stunning, website filled with compelling content, your employee stories, photos, and videos. And with our Space Individuals network, plus dynamic video ads on Instagram and Facebook, and organic search strategies, we'll boost its visibility. Last but not least, we'll deliver the reports with the results.

The strategy

  • Create a landing page - a website designed to showcase your company to candidates, providing information about the organization and reasons why it's a great place to work. The website will feature media such as photos and videos, employee testimonials, and job offers.
  • Get the visitors - we will get the visitors from ads and organic traffic. Using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google search to promote the landing page in places where potential candidates are most likely to spend their time online. Keyword research will be conducted, and the landing page will be optimized for Google search (SEO).
  • Promote in our network - we will be promoting your landing page to our network of 25.000 individuals, specifically through LinkedIn connections, Facebook, Instagram, and 4.000 newsletter subscribers.

Duration and costs

Immediate visibility of results is expected upon launching the campaign. The duration will depend on the client's preferences and budget. Based on previous experience and specifically for ads, it's estimated that one page view will cost between 5-15 cents. Therefore, with a budget of €500/month, we can anticipate approximately 5,000 page views.
